Good points! Censorship laws shouldn't conflate fiction and non-fiction. With image-porn, it's fairly obvious when a real child is being abused (ie. live action video or photography porn)--but words are a lot airier fairier. On the one hand it means words are less likely to be censored than images...but once they do start getting censored, it's harder to know where the legality line will be drawn.
