Once Upon A Time in Mexico rec
Dec. 10th, 2003 08:22 pmAfter the Dust Has Cleared by Miss Becky is the first in a three part series followed by When All Is Said And Done and Que Quieres En La Vida. The series follows right after the events of el Día de los Muertos, and Sands is staying at retired FBI agent Ramirez's house to rest after getting injured. El Mariachi stops by to speak with Ramirez and clear the air, when he happens upon the last person he would expect, Agent Sands.
This is a really great series and the interaction between Sands and El is fantastic. And while the first two parts could be read as either gen or pre-slash, the third part is most definitely not for those turned off by homosexuality. However the two are not just relationship building. There's action, adventure, angst, humor, and even cute and fluffy moments between the duo, and what I love best about their relationship is that they are continually challenging each other as equals. So go read this epic tale. *shoo shoo*
